Architectural Control.  You are required to submit plans and specifications.  It's suggested that you submit a site plan of your requested change.  Provide a picture, brochure, detail drawing or sketch which shows what you are planning.  If a construction is planned, we need the size: the type of materials, building specification, type of anchoring, attachment, foundation, and the color of the finished project.  A complete and detailed submission will speed up a decision.  A site plan is the survey drawing of your property WHICH YOU RECEIVED AT CLOSING showing the scale drawing of your home, any easement and the set off lines. THE FOLLOWING IS A GUIDE TO HELP YOU IN YOUR SUBMISSION, YOU MUST ALSO SUBMIT THE REQUIRED INFORMATION I want to add the following addition to the property: SHED - It cannot: exceed 8'x10' x8' (in most subdivisions).  If wood, it must have the same shingles, and board direction as your home.  All shed colors must be in harmony with your home.  Provide a site plan showing the shed and its location.
