CHOA's Deed Rerstriction Committee is the most important committee, in regards to the long-term value of our community.  It makes periodic inspections of the community, from the street, and reports any violations to the Association manager.  If violations are detected, notice letters are sent to the residents who are in violation and an opportunity for response is given.  For continuing violations, the Committee will make recommendations to the Board for legal action.                 Committees
