A good community turnout made the block party a success.  Food, fun, and games provided a little something for everyone at the 2003 block party.  It was put on by the Congressional Homeowners' Association, Civic Affairs Committee.  Mrs. Neil Winn, committee chairperson lead this successful endeavor along with her committee members.  The block party opened a porthole for homeowners to get to know neighbors more intimately, breaking through some of the superficial barriers.  Commend Mrs. Winn at your earliest convenience for her inspiration to serve our great community.
