Moving
By Terry Massie
CHOA Vice President

Over the past several years, we have had families moving in and out of this community with no uniform consistency of the moving process as it relates to this community.  By that, I mean families have moved out of this community and new families have moved into this community with out knowing that this is a deed restricted community, requiring that the occupants follow the guidelines outlined within the covenant that governs this community.  Having said that, I want to point out that it is the responsibility of the homeowner and the homeowner's agent to insure that the community manager becomes aware that the current occupants within the home are moving.
Contact Maribel Perez, Fairways of Woodlake II association manager at 646-0295, and provide management the following information: forwarding address & phone number where homeowner can be contacted and ensure that the new occupants received a copy of the homeowners "Declaration of Protective Covenants".
