Renting

     It is the homeowners right to rent to whom ever he/she chooses.   However, with every right there are corresponding responsibilities. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to ensure that the integrity of this community and their property value is maintained at the highest degree possible.
     Renters must be informed of and be provided a copy of the "Declaration of Protective Covenants".  The covenant provides guidelines for maintaining the standards within this community, i.e. homeowners should emphasize that the provisions of articles 7, 9, 10, 12, & 14 will be strictly adhered to.
