Our annual meeting is set for February 18, 2004, 7 P.M. at the Woodlake Middle School.  The meeting shall be facilitated to last not longer than one hour.      The primary goal of the annual meeting is to facilitate the election of officers.  Each year one of the Board of Director's (BOD) term expires.  The President, Vice President, and the Secretary/Treasurer are three year terms.  The Secretary/Treasurer seat is up for election this year.  If you want to compete for the position complete and submit a candidate profile form or a nomination from the floor is fine.  Contact (see last page) the association for a form or additional information.      The agenda will also include a financial report, budget presentation, wall improvement presentation, old and new business issues.  Ensure you attend this meeting, very important decisions are made at CHOA meetings.
